the fourth congress of the KUFNCD concluded this morning January 27, in Phnom Penh in the presence of Heng Samrin, General Secretary of the KPRP Central Committee and Chairman of the council of state. The congress adopted the front's amended statutes, appealed to all Cambodian inside the country and abroad, and adopted a final resolution.
