Ke Thao aka Nang, medical staff of hospital P-31, confessed that Ban, trainer of military strategic division 117 in Northern zone, was a subordinate of Roat, chief of Northern zone logistics. In October 1972, Ban joined the meeting and received plan from Roat to assign network to build up traitorous forces so as to take part in plan to liberate the country on October 2, 1973. After the liberation, Ban continuously took responsible to expand forces to revolt against the revolution.
ឈ្មោះ កែ ថោ ហៅ ណាង ពេទ្យ ព-៣១ បាននិយាយថា ឈ្មោះ បន អ្នកបង្ហាត់បចេ្ចកទេសយោធាភូមិភាគឧត្ដរ កងពល ១១៧ ជា មនុស្សរបស់ រាត់ ប្រធានភស្ដុភារភូមិភាគឧត្ដរ។ បន បានចូលរួម ប្រជុំទទួលផែនការពីឈ្មោះ រាត់ នៅខែ១០-១៩៧២ ឱ្យប្រមូល កម្លាំង កសាងទ័ពក្បត់ និងផែនការរំដោះប្រទេសនៅ ថ្ងៃទី២-១០-១៩៧៣។ ក្រោយរំដោះ បន ទទួលភារៈ ប្រមូលកម្លាំងប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដបន្ដទៀត។
