Ke Thao aka Nang, medical staff of hospital P-31, confessed that Lay, technician of Kampong Cham hospital, had joined the Laborer Party. On February 2, 1975 the Laborer Party held the meeting and prepared plan to fight to get the Kampuchea Communist Party' s authority, during liberating Phnom Penh.
ឈ្មោះ កែ ថោ ហៅ ណាង ពេទ្យ ព-៣១ បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ ឡាយ បចេ្ចកទេសពេទ្យកំពង់ចាម បានចូលបក្សពលករយូរហើយ។ ថ្ងៃ២-២-១៩៧៥ បក្សពលករកម្ពុជាបានប្រជុំរៀនចំផែនការរឹប អូសយករដ្ឋអំណាចពីបក្សកុម្មុយនិស្ដកម្ពុជានៅពេលរំដោះភ្នំពេញ។
