Ke Thao aka Nang, working in hospital P-31, confessed that he told Thy, deputy chief of division 117 hospital that Say had not been yet appointed as member of the Labor Party, but already accepted. In January 1976, he invited his network to join the meeting in order to assign them to continue to building up more forces.
ឈ្មោះ កែ ថោ ហៅ ហៅ ណាង ពេទ្យ ព-៣១ បានសារភាពថា ខ្លួនបាននិយាយប្រាប់ឈ្មោះ ធី អនុប្រធានពេទ្យយោធាកងពល ១១៧ ថា ឈ្មោះ សាយ ពុំទាន់បានត្រៀមបញ្ចូលបក្សពលករទេ តែមានការយល់ព្រមរួចហើយ។ នៅខែ១-១៩៧៦ ខ្លួនបានហៅ បក្សពួកមកប្រជុំណែនាំ ឱ្យខិតខំកសាងកម្លាំងតទៅទៀត។
