Nhem Sambgatt, secretary of regiment 23, division 290, confessed that Sin Ra, cadre of company, served in traitorous activities of the Free Khmer Party and took responsible to investigate the measure of the Kampuchea Communist Party. The complete investigated measure was reported to Nhem Samngatt, and then sent it to Mao Yin, cadre of division.
ឈ្មោះ ញ៉ែម សម្ងាត់ លេខាវរសេនាធំ ២៣ កងពល ២៩០ បាន ឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ ស៊ិន រ៉ា កម្មាភិបាលអនុសេនាធំ បានចូលរួម ធ្វើសកម្មភាពក្បត់កុ្នងបក្សខ្មែរសេរី ហើយមានភារកិច្ចដើរក្ដាប់ សភាពការណ៍ ស៊ើបពិនិត្យ អំពីវិធានការណ៍របស់បក្សកុម្មុយនីស្ដ កម្ពុជា ហើយរាយការណ៍ឱ្យខ្លួនៗក៏បន្ដរាយការណ៍ទៅឈ្មោះ ម៉ៅ យិន កម្មាភិបាលកងពល«ចាប់ខ្លួនហើយ»។
