On May 26, 1988, one month before JIM 1 was opened Vietnamese announced that it would withdraw 50,000 troops from Cambodian at the end if December 1988. The truth has been known to all. According to reliable independent sources, the number of Vietnamese troops in Cambodia is still at least 100,000.
