There will never be " true national reconciliation" among the four Cambodian factions, Prime Minister lee Kuan Yew has told Japan's leading national daily. Mr. Lee said: "There can never be " True national reconciliation " between the Heng Samrin faction and the Khmer Rouge, Just as there has been no true reconciliation between the two non- communist groups and the Khmer Rouge.
