A secret meeting was held in Basak auditorium in Phnom Penh between the Phnom Penh puppets and the Hanoi aggressor. The puppet called Chan Ven, chaired the meeting. The meeting discussed the process of holding the Vietnamese aggressor troops the eyes of the public.
