Cambodia Prime Minister Hun Sen, and Prince Norodom Sihanouk began talks at a chateau in La Celle-Cloud, France, on Monday 24, July. Premier Hun Sen and Prince Sihanouk were welcomed by French Foreign Minister Roland Dumas who has provided the chateau in the south-western suburb of Paris as venue for the talks.
