On the previous day. Premier Hun Sen, sent Prince Sihanouk a letter enclosed with wipes of the State of Cambodia's newly-amended constitution and the newly adopted national flag. Hun Sen said in his letter that he will send Sihanouk the draft national anthem and thanked the Prince and his wife for their cordial welcome to make the Jakarta meeting fruitful.
