Heng Phann aka Phen, [soldier of]Big Cell Politics, Division 310, confessed to the fact of Chhean, [member of]Special Cell, Regiment, Division 310. In May 1976, Phen received his superior's introduction of Chhean into the network and later Chhean conducted treasonous activities consecutively.
ឈ្មោះ ហេង ផាន់ ហៅ ផេន នយោបាយកងធំ កងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ឈាន កងពិសេស វរសេនាធំ កងពល ៣១០ ថាៈ នៅខែ៥-១៩៧៦ ផេន បានទទួលការប្រកាសពីមេនូវឈ្មោះ ឈានជាបក្ខពួកដែរ ហើយក្រោយមកឈានធ្វើសកម្មភាពក្បត់ជា មួយគ្នាជាបន្ដបន្ទាប់។
