Vietnam said Yesterday it will withdrawal all its troops from Cambodia by September, even it there is no political settlement between the warring Cambodia factions. This will end a 10 year occupation that has cost Vietnam dear in terms of international isolation, and will put added pressure on the Vietnamese- backed people's Republic of Kampuchea government in Phnom Penh and the tripartite to hammer out a power- sharing agreement.
