Hao Thouren joined the CIA in October 1968. He was arrested on December 24, 1975. He confessed that Kep Saroeun joined the rescuing association of socialist republic in 1973 through the indoctrination of Kolap Samrith Seila. After April 17, 1975, Saroeun conducted CIA activities within the network of Tiv Kosith and Phet Bun Lim. Saroeun secretly picked vegetable for their family and criticized that combatants put electrical current into water to shock cadre and workers as they took bath.
ឈ្មោះ ហោ ធូរេន ចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅខែ១០-១៩៦៨ ត្រូវបាន ចាប់ខ្លួននៅថ្ងៃ២៤-១២-១៩៧៥ ហើយបានឆ្លើយសារភាពថាៈ ឈ្មោះ កែប សារឿន ចូលសមាគមសង្គ្រោះបុគ្គលិកអគ្គិសនី នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧០, ចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ និង ចូលគណបក្ស សង្គមសាធារណរដ្ឋនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ តាមការណែនាំរបស់ កូឡាប សរិទ្ធសីលា។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ សារឿន ធ្វើសកម្ម ភាពសេអ៊ីអាក្នុងខ្សែ ទីវ កូសិទ្ធ និង ផេត ប៊ុនលឹម។ សារឿន បានលួចបេះផលដំណាំយកទៅឱ្យគ្រួសារហើយចោទថា កងទ័ពលួច លួចយកខ្សែភ្លើងដាក់ក្នុងទឹកដើម្បីឱ្យឆក់កម្មាភិបាល និងកម្មករ ពេលចុះងូតទឹក។
