Hao Seng confessed that Sok Suy, Working at Textile Unit T-4, was a former Grade 1 Student, and worked for the Ministry of Finance. In January 1971, Sok Suy joined the C.I.A through his cousin working at the Ministry of Finance. On April 17, 1975, Sok Suy had the links with Thapp Seng Thai and pit former workers against new workers.
ឈ្មោះ ហោ សេង បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ សុក ស៊ុយ នៅតម្បាញ ត-៤ថា អតីតជាសិស្សថ្នាក់ទី១ ហើយធ្វើការនៅក្រសួងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ។ ខែ១ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ សុក ស៊ុយ ចូលសេអ៊ីអាតាមរយៈបងជីដូនមួយ ធ្វើការនៅក្រសួងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៧ មេសា ១៩៧៥ សុក ស៊ុយ បានភ្ជាប់ខ្សែជាមួយ ថាប់ សេងថៃ ហើយបានបំផុសទំនាស់ រវាងកម្មករចាស់នឹងកម្មករថ្មី។
