Peking (Reuter), China will normalize its relations with Vietnam only when it has completely withdrawn its troop from Cambodia, senior leader Deng Xiaoping said yesterday. Deng, 85, was quoted by the Xinhau News Agency as telling Laotian Prime Minister Kaysone Phomvihane that China had no demands other than a complete pullout, something Hanoi says has already happened.
