Ta Phraya - Phnom Penh and Khmer Rogue representative will meet this month in a bid to share the profits of the border black market, sources said yesterday. Battalion and company commanding officers of the Khmer Rouge's 519 Division, deployed 5km southeast of here, have approached their counterparts in the Heng Samrin 179th Division for the profit- sharing talks which could begin today.
