Em Samraing, worker of cigarette factory B-4, confessed that in August 1973, Mut Sitha, worker of cigarette factory B-4, was assigned as spy, who had been responsible for investigating Khmer Rouge's situation. In February 1974, he joined the C.I.A and also arrested two Khmer Rouge soldiers; moreover, he secretly threw grenades and shot dead combatants, persuaded people to disgust the revolutionary Angkar, secretly brought 30 cigarette packing machines to throw into river, joined the meeting and accepted plan to expand forces, devastated equipment in factory, and broke down cars.
ឈ្មោះ អែម សំរាំង កម្មកររោងចក្របារី ប-៤ បានសារភាពថា មុត ស៊ីថា កម្មកររោងចក្រ ប-៤ ត្រូវបានខ្លួនអប់រំឱ្យធ្វើគិញ សំរាប់យកការណ៍ពីខ្មែរក្រហមនៅខែ៨-១៩៧៣។ ខែ២-១៩៧៤ ចូលសេអ៊ីអា និងចាប់ខ្មែរក្រហមបាន ២ នាក់។ បោកគ្រាប់បែក និងលបបាញ់កងទ័ព ដើរបំផុសប្រជាជនឱ្យស្អប់អង្គការបដិវត្ដ លួច ដោះម៉ាស៊ីនខ្ចប់បារី ៣០ ទៅបោះចោលក្នុងទនេ្ល ចូលប្រជុំទទួល ផែនការពង្រីកកម្លាំង បំផ្លាញសម្ភារៈរោងចក្រ និងធ្វើឱ្យខូចឡាន។
