Om Soek, train mechanic in Phnom Penh, confessed that Um Mean, electrician in Phnom Penh train factory, was his/her traitorous network who took responsible for propagandist group and for stirring up contradiction in syndicates. In May 1976, Sam Mean and its partisans destroyed all kinds of machines and equipment at train unit.
ឈ្មោះ អោម សឹក អ្នុកជួសជុលម៉ាស៊ីននៅអង្គភាពរទេះភើ្លង ភំ្នពេញ បានសារភាពថា ឈ្មោះ អ៊ំ មាន ជាងជួសជុលអគិ្គសនី កុ្នងរោងចក្ររទេះភើ្លងភំ្នពេញ ជាបក្សពួកក្បត់របស់ខ្លួន ដែលស្ថិត នៅកុ្នងក្រុមឃោសនាបង្កទំនាស់កុ្នងសហជីព។ នៅខែ៥-១៩៧៦ សំ មាន និងបក្សពួកបានកំទេចម៉ាស៊ីនគ្រប់ប្រភេទ និងបំផ្លាញសម្ភារៈ អស់មួយចំនួននៅអង្គភាពរទេះភើ្លង។
