Aom Soek, Train Repairer, confessed that Svay Yat, from now on, worked for CIA with him. In February 1975, Svay Yat took a plan from Kiry Phalla to convince people not to believe the Khmer Rouge propaganda. Moreover, Yat took responsibility to expand hidden forces and to spy on Khmer Rouge bases. In April 1975, Svay Yat received a traitorous plan from Phalla to destroy the revolutionary forces by using prostitutes as a tactict.
ឈ្មោះ អោម សឹក អ្នកជួសជុលម៉ាស៊ីនរទេះភ្លើង បានឆ្លើយថា ស្វាយ យ៉ាត ជាប់ខ្សែសេអ៊ីអា ជាមួយវា តាំងពីមុនរហូតដល់ បច្ចុប្បន្ន។ នៅខែ២ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ ស្វាយ យ៉ាត បានទទួលផែនការពី គីរី ផល្លា ឱ្យបំផុសប្រជាជនកុំឱ្យជឿការឃោសនារបស់ខ្មែក្រហម កសាងកម្លាំងសេអ៊ីអា និងតាមដានស្រាវជ្រាវរកមូលដ្ឋានខ្មែរក្រហម។ នៅខែ៤ ឆ្នាំដដែល ស្វាយ យ៉ាត បានទទួលផែនការពីមនុស្ស ដដែលម្ដងទៀត ខ្លឹមសារឱ្យកមេ្ទចកម្លាំងបដិវត្ដដោយយកស្ដ្រី ពេស្យាជាគន្លឹះ។
