Aom Soek, Train Mechanic in Phnom Penh, admitted that Men Sokh, Chap Chhan, Kung Uon, and Svay Yat had been C.I.A networks with him. In February 1975, they received traitorous plan from Kiri Phalla to incite people not to believe the Khmer Rouge's propaganda, to build up C.I.A networks, and to spy on the Khmer Rouge bases.
ឈ្មោះ អោម សឹក អ្នកជួសជុលម៉ាស៊ីនរទេះភើ្លងភំ្នពេញបានឆ្លើយ ថា ឈ្មោះ ម៉ែន សុខ, ចាប ឆន, គង់ អួន និង ស្វាយ យ៉ាត ជាប់ខ្សែសេអ៊ីអាជាមួយខ្លួនតាំងពីមុនរហូតដល់បច្ចុប្បន្ន។ នៅខែ២ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ អ្នកទាំងបួនបានទទួលផែនការពី គីរី ផល្លា ឱ្យបំផុស ប្រជាជនកុំឱ្យជឿលើការឃោសនារបស់ខ្មែរក្រហម ឱ្យកសាងកម្លាំង សេអ៊ីអា និងតាមដានស្រាវជ្រាវរកមូលដ្ឋានខ្មែរក្រហម។
