Om Soek, mechanic of Phnom Penh train station, confessed that Hang Hat, train driver in Phnom Penh, joined the C.I.A in 1973. Between 1974 and 1975, Hang Hat attended meeting and received a plot from Kiri Phalla to recruit C.I.A network, and to investigate the revolutionary bases. Moreover, [Hang Hat] provoked people to hate the revolution, used prostitutes as its arms to destroy the revolutionary forces, and continually propagandized to investigate the revolutionary base in order to destroy the revolutionary force.
ឈ្មោះ អោម សឹក អ្នកជួសជុលម៉ាស៊ីននៅអង្គភាពរទេះ ភើ្លងភំ្នពេញ បានសារភាពថា ឈ្មោះ ហង់ ហាត អ្នកបើកបរ រទេះភើ្លងភំ្នពេញ ចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣។ ចន្លោះឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៤-១៩៧៥ ហង់ ហាត បានចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួល ផែនការ ពីឈ្មោះ គីរី ផល្លាឱ្យកសាងកម្លាំងសេអ៊ីអា ស៊ើបរកមូលដ្ឋានបដិវត្ដ បំផុសប្រជាជនឱ្យស្អប់បដិវត្ដ កំទេចកម្លាំង បដិវត្ដដោយយក ស្រីពេស្យាជាគន្លឺៈ និងបន្ដឃោសនាស៊ើបរកមូលដ្ឋានបដិវត្ដ ដើម្បីកំទេចកម្លាំងបដិវត្ដ។
