Aom Soek, mechanic of Train Unit, Phnom Penh, conceded that Pheng Long, Chief of Electrical Section, Train Unit, Phnom Penh, joined the CIA in 1968. In March 1976, Pheng Long received Yin Nat's plots to disseminate the influence of anti-party movement throughout the train unit in an attempt to cause squabble and destruction by all means.
ឈ្មោះ អោម សឹក អ្នកជួសជុលម៉ាស៊ីននៅអង្គភាពរថភ្លើងភ្នំពេញ- បានឆ្លើយថាៈ ឈ្មោះ ផេង-ឡុង នាយផ្នែកអគ្គិសនីនៅអង្គភាព រថភ្លើងភ្នំពេញ ចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ១៩៦៨។ នៅខែឧសភា ១៩៧៦ ផេង ឡុង បានទទួលផែនការពី យិន-ណាត ឱ្យផ្សព្វផ្សាយ ឥទ្ធីពលនៃចលនាប្រឆាំងបក្សឱ្យកើតពាសពេញអង្គភាពរថភ្លើង បង្កទំនាស់និងបំផ្លាញគ្រប់រូបភាព។
