Aom Soek, mechanic of Train Unit, confessed that in 1970, Sieng Soeup, worker of Pech Nil Road Construction, joined the CIA. In October 1974, Soeup received Kiry Phalla's plans to build up CIA forces and to prompt people to hate the revolutionary regime so as to locate the Khmer Rouge base by means of hidden forces.
ឈ្មោះ អោម សឹក អ្នកជួសជុលម៉ាស៊ីននៅអង្គភាពរថភ្លើង ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ សៀង សឿប កម្មករសំណង់ផ្លូវនៅការដ្ឋាន ពេជនិលថាៈ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ សឿប ចូលសេអ៊ីអា។ នៅខែ១០ ១៩៧៤ សឿប បានទទួលផែនការពីឈ្មោះ គិរី ផល្លា ឱ្យកសាងកម្លាំងសេអ៊ីអា បំផុសប្រជាជនឱ្យស្អប់របបបដិវត្ដ តាមដានស្រាវជ្រាវរកមូលដ្ឋានខ្មែរក្រហមដោយចាត់តាំងកម្លាំង ឱ្យចូលទៅបង្កប់។
