On 25th November the delegations of the propaganda and training boards of the central committees of the LPRP and LPRP met in Vietnam. The Lao delegation was led by Somlat Canthamat, sectary of the party central committee and head of the LPRP central committee Propaganda and Training Boart and the Cambodian side was led by Ney Pena, member of the Political Bureau and head of the KPRP central committee Propaganda and Training Board.
