Huo Kim Seng, Hay, male, was born in 1948 and disappeared. Interviewed with Moy Heng, Chief of Village, who is 45 years old; Kim Seng was born in Prek Rumdeng "K" village, Prek Rumdeng sub-district, Srey Sunthor district, Kampong Cham province. Kim Seng's father was Lim Huo and his mother was Nge Yoeung. Kim Seng has 5 siblings (3 girls and 2 boys), and he was the second child in the family. When he was a child, Kim Seng studied very little that he wasn't known in which grade he was. However, no one studied more than Kim Seng because he also continued his study in Phnom Penh. And, it was later heard that Kim Seng went to study abroad. Kim Seng probably joined the revolution in 1971, and he then held an important position in Kratie province; however, he never came back to his home village. According to his biography, Kim Seng, Hay, studied until grade 12 [in the old system] because his general knowledge was high. He also held a diploma, and he had joined the revolution since 1976. It was from 1971 to 1973 that Kim Seng was responsible for the regional economy, and in 1976, he fell ill; as a result, he didn't work to help the party. In 1976, Kim Seng became an assistant of the region as a secretary of industries and crafts, and he was instructed and educated to be the cadre by Yi.
ហ៊ួ គឹមសេង ហៅ ហាយ ភេទប្រុស កើតឆ្នាំ១៩៤៨ បាត់ខ្លួន ជួបជាមួយឈ្មោះ មុយ ហេង អាយុ៤៥ឆ្នាំ ត្រូវជាប្រធានភូមិ។ គឹមសេង មានស្រុកកំណើតនៅភូមិព្រែករំដេងឪកឱឃុំព្រែករំដេង ស្រុកស្រីសន្ធរ ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម។ គឹមសេង មានឪពុកឈ្មោះ លឹម ហួរ ម្ដាយឈ្មោះ ងិះ យឿង មានបងប្អូន៥នាក់ ស្រី៣ប្រុស២។ គឹមសេង ជាកូនទី២ គាត់រៀនបានច្រើនណាស់ មិនដឹងដល់ថ្នាក់ទី ប៉ុន្មានទេ តែក្នុងភូមិនេះគ្មានពីណារៀនបានច្រើនជាងគាត់ទេ រៀនទៅដល់ភ្នំពេញ និងក្រោយមកទៀត ឮថា នៅរៀនទៅ ប្រទេសក្រៅ។ គឹមសេង ប្រហែលជាចូលបដិវត្ដនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ ក្រោយមកថា បានធ្វើធំនៅក្នុងខេត្ដក្រចេះ មិនដែលត្រឡប់មក ស្រុកកំណើតវិញទេ។ បើតាមប្រវត្ដិរូប គឹមសេង ហៅ ហាយ មានកំរិតវប្បធម៌ខ្ពស់ រៀនដល់ថ្នាក់ទី២ចាស់។ មានសញ្ញាប័ត្រ មធ្យមសិក្សា១ច្បាប់ ចូលរួមចលនាបដិវត្ដតាំងពីឆ្នាំ១៩៦៧។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ដល់៧៣ ទទួលខុសត្រូវសេដ្ឋកិច្ចតំបន់ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩ ៧៦ ធ្លាក់ខ្លួនឈឺ មិនសូវបានជួយការងារបក្សទេ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៧ ជាជំនួយការរបស់តំបន់ ភារកិច្ចជាលេខាខាងឧស្សាហកម្ម និងសប្បកម្ម ណែនាំឱ្យចូលជាកម្មាភិបាលដោយឈ្មោះ យី។
