Prime Minister Chatichai Chhoonhavan 's proposal to set up neutral camps for displaced Cambodians was welcomed by the Thai-language Press yesterday. The Prime Minister put forward the proposal after a meeting on Jakarta last week failled to reach agreement on way to end the decade-old Cambodian problem.
