Nget Chan aka Khuon, soldier of Office of Regiment 51, Division 502, confessed that Phan betrayed the revolution in 1972 because he brought up with the plots to lure soldiers. During the war, Phan conspired to inspire villagers of Khporp to go against the revolution and to give themselves up to the enemy.
ឈ្មោះ ង៉ែត ចន ហៅ ឃួន យុទ្ធជននៅមន្ទីរវរសេនាធំ ៥១ កងពល ៥០២ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ផន ថាៈ ផន ក្បត់បដិវត្ដ ក្នុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ ព្រោះបានលើកផែនការទាក់ទងទាហានជាមួយគ្នា។ ក្នុងសង្គ្រាម ផន បានចូលរួមបំផុសប្រជាជន នៅភូមិខ្ពបឱ្យប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដនិងឱ្យរត់ចូលខ្មាំង។
