កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Thiem Saran aka Kim, chief of political battalion 71, Kilometer No. 6 state warehouse, confessed that Vann, chief of political battalion 71, Kilometer No. 6 state warehouse, joined the Free Khmer through a traitorous network of Khorn. Vann also assigned her/him (Kim) continually to carry out anti-revolutionary activities. In September 1975, Vann assigned him/her (Kim) to destroy water pumps at warehouses 2 and 22. In Febuary 1976, Kim and Vann, and Thlai, cooperatively assassinated 2 combatants, because they reported to state commerce department over combatants' criticizings to Vann. In June 1976, Thiem Saran and Vann assigned Kim to deliver a letter to Cheat, Smei, and Pon to get ready traitorous forces so as to destroy 3 oil stations in July 1976 and to fight back the party.
ឈ្មោះ ធៀម សារ៉ន ហៅ គីម ប្រធាននយោបាយវរសេនាតូច ឃ្លាំងរដ្ឋគីឡូម៉ែត្រលេខ ៦ បានសារភាពថា ឈ្មោះ វ៉ាន់ ប្រធាននយោបាយវរសេនាតូច ៧១ ឃ្លាំងរដ្ឋគីឡូម៉ែត្រលេខ ៦ ជាខ្មែរសេរីនៅកុ្នងខ្សែក្បត់របស់ឈ្មោះ ឃន។ វ៉ាន់ បានចាត់តាំង ឱ្យខ្លួនធ្វើសកម្មភាពប្រឆាំងបក្សជាបន្ដបន្ទាប់។ នៅខែ៩-១៩៧៥ វ៉ាន់ បានចាត់តាំងឱ្យខ្លួនបំផ្លាញម៉ាស៊ីនបូមទឹកនៅឃ្លាំងលេខ ២ និងលេខ ២២។ ខែ២-១៩៧៦ ខ្លួន និង វ៉ាន់ រួមជាមួយឈោ្មះ ថ្លៃ បានសម្លាប់យុទ្ធជន ២ នាក់ ដោយយុទ្ធជនបានរាយការណ៍ ទៅទីចាត់ការពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ធ ថាមានយុទ្ធជននិយាយវាយប្រហារពី វ៉ាន់ ច្រើន។ ខែ៦-១៩៧៦ ខ្លួន និង វ៉ាន់ បានចាត់តាំង គីម ឱ្យយកសំបុត្រទៅឱ្យឈ្មោះ ជាតិ, ស្មី និង ប៉ុន ឱ្យរៀបចំកម្លាំង កំទេចថាមពលបេ្រងទាំង៣ នៅខែ៧-១៩៧៦ និងផែនការវាយបក្ស។
