Thaong Marordy, worker of Phnom Penh train unit, admitted that Muong Em, Commissioner of political affairs, locomotive-repairing unit, was a former soldier of Eastern zone. In August 1975, the Angkar transferred him to work in Phnom Penh train unit. Moreover, Muong Em assigned his networks to destroy train-repairing machines; after that, in the plan of rebellion in December 1976, he was responsible for arresting all cadres of train unit.
ឈ្មោះ ថោង ម៉ារឌី កម្មកររទេះភើ្លងភំ្នពេញបានឆ្លើយថា មួង អែម ស្នងការនយោបាយផ្នែកជួសជុលក្បាលម៉ាស៊ីនរទេះភើ្លង ជាអតីតទ័ព មកពីបូព៌ា។ កាលពីខែ៩ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ អង្គការឱ្យមកធ្វើការនៅរទេះ- ភើ្លងភំ្នពេញ។ មួង អែម ដាក់ផែនការឱ្យបក្សពួកកំទេច ម៉ាស៊ីន ជួសជុលរទេះភើ្លង។ បន្ទាប់មកទទួលភារកិច្ចចាប់កម្មាភិបាល រទេះភើ្លងទាំងអស់កុ្នងគំរោងកុប្បកម្មខែ១២ ១៩៧៦ របស់ពួកខ្លួន។
