Chiem Choeun aka Chun, Member of Train Unit, admitted that Phal, worker of Kaup sub-district railroad unit was a CIA agent. In April 1976, he convinced Phal to work as Free Khmer member.
ឈ្មោះ ជៀម ជឿន ហៅ ជុន នៅអង្គភាពរទេះភើ្លង បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ ផល កម្មករផ្លូវដែកសង្កាត់កូប និងជាភ្នាក់ងារសេអ៊ីអា។ នៅខែ៤ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ ខ្លួនបានអប់រំ ផល បញ្ចូលជាខ្មែរសេរីបាន។
