Chem Vann aka Phin, soldier of P-98, and Prum Phat aka Sou, messenger of division 310, confessed that Khon, medical soldier of hospital P-31, and Praing, deputy chief of division 310 office P-3, carried out traitorous activity such as stealing serums. Praing was traitor and took responsible to collect and keep medicines secretly, to build up treacherous forces, and to destroy the revolutionary forces by injecting them with water.
ឈ្មោះ ចែម វ៉ាន់ ហៅ ភិន យុទ្ធជន ព-៩៨ និង ព្រំ ផាត ហៅ ស៊ូ នីរសារ កងពល ៣១០ បានសារភាពថា ឈ្មោះ ខុន យុទ្ធជនពេទ្យ ព-៣១ និងឈ្មោះ ប្រាំង អនុប្រធានមនី្ទរ ព-៣ កងពល ៣១០ បានធ្វើសកម្មភាពក្បត់ លួចសេរ៉ូម។ ប្រាំង ជាជនក្បត់ បានដើរប្រមូលថ្នាំពេទ្យលាក់ទុក កសាងកម្លាំងក្បត់ និងបំផ្លាញកម្លាំងបដិវត្ដដោយវិធីយកទឹកចាក់ឱ្យអ្នកជម្ងឺ។
