Two US legislators said yesterday economic ties between the united states and Vietnamese can only come about after a settlement in Cambodia is reached. Senator Richard Lugar and Representative David Dreier, who were due to leave for Hanoi later in the day, told a news conference they would not be discussing economic relations with Vietnam government.
