Duong Davut, 35 years old, joined the CIA in 1969. Davut always boasted the American. Davut was a person who longed for high rank and had lots of friends, serving as soldiers and contacting Kolap Samrith Seila. After April 17, 1975, Davut conducted CIA activites though the network of Hao Thouren and Muong You Tech. Davut took the responsible for grasping CIA activites after Muong You Tech and Lay Bun Ly.
ឈ្មោះ ដួង ដាវុត អាយុ ៣៥ ឆ្នាំ ចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ១៩៦៩ ហើយឃោសនាអួតសសើរអាមេរិកមិនដាច់ពីមាត់។ ដាវុត ជាមនុស្សចង់បានបុណ្យសក្ដិ មានមិត្ដភក្ដិជាទាហានច្រើន និងទាក់ទងជាមួយកូឡាប សរិទ្ធិសីលា។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ ដួង ដាវុត ធ្វើសកម្មភាពសេអ៊ីអាក្នុងខ្សែ ហោ ធូរេន និង មួង យូតិច។ ដាវុត មាននាទីក្ដាប់សេអ៊ីអាបន្ទាប់ពី មួង យូតិច និង ឡាយ ប៊ុនលី។
