Choun Vuon aka Cheat, technician committee, confessed that in 1970, Meun, chief of land and water transport section in Reussey Keo energy unit, worked in telegram section with brothers Khieu Samphan, and Vorn. After, they clearly knew each other; Meun convinced Cheat to be disloyalto [the Angkar], and assigned him to destroy the revolution in order to cease the movement of developing country, to provoke conflict, and to oppose to the party's assignment.
ឈ្មោះ ជួន វួន ហៅ ជាតិ គណៈបចេ្ចកទេស បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ មឺន ប្រធានដឹកជញ្ជូនជើងគោក និង ជើងទឹក នៅថាមពលបេ្រង ឫស្សីកែវ ធ្លាប់កាន់ទូរលេខនៅជាមួយបង ខៀវ សំផន និង បង វន នៅឆា្នំ១៩៧០។ ក្រោយមកនៅជាមួយ រិត ប្រធានមន្ទីរភូមិ ភាគពិសេស។ បន្ទាប់មកទៀត មឺន និង ជាតិ បានទាក់ទងគ្នាជា ញឹកញាប់ រហូតស្គាល់ចិត្ដថ្លើមគ្នា មឺន ក៏បាននិយាយអប់រំជាតិ ឱ្យក្បត់បាន ហើយដាក់ផែនការឱ្យបំផ្លាញបដិវត្ដធ្វើឱ្យរាំងស្ទះដល់ ដំណើរការកសាងប្រទេស ទំនាស់និងការចាត់តាំងគ្រួសាររបស់បក្ស។
