Ching Sonleng, working at textile factory T-4, confessed that Sy Hai joined the C.I.A in his network in May 1973. After April 17, 1975 he linked with his former network, convinced old workers not to train new workers the technical skill, and spoiled 100 kgs of charbon coal.
ឈ្មោះ ជឹង សុនឡេង នៅតម្បាញ ត-៤ បានសារភាពថា ឈ្មោះ ស៊ី ហៃ បានចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅខែ៥-១៩៧៣ កុ្នងខ្សែរបស់ខ្លួន។ ក្រោយ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ បានភ្ជាប់ខ្សែជាមួយខ្លួនដដែល ហើយបាន ធ្វើសកម្មភាពបំផុសកម្មករចាស់មិនឱ្យបង្រៀនដល់កម្មករថ្មី និងធ្វើឱ្យ ថ្មស្អុយអស់ ១០០ គីឡូក្រាម។
