According to diplomatic sources in Peking during a recent discussion in Peking, the Vietnamese delegation led by Vietnamese Vice Foreign Minster Dinh Nho Liem still vehemently rejected the role of the UN and a UN international peace-keeping force in surprising the total withdrawal of all type of aggressor Vietnamese troops from Cambodia.
