Chong You Meng aka Hean, cadre of water transport, confessed that Chheun, chief of Chraing Cham Reh state commerce, was a network of Khuon. After, Khuon was dismissed from state commerce unit, Chheun became less active with the works given by the party.
ឈ្មោះ ចុង យូម៉េង ហៅ ហ៊ាន យុទ្ធជនដឹកជញ្ជូនជើងទឹក បាន សារភាពថា ឈឺន ប្រធានក្រុមចល័តពាណិជ្ជកម្ម រដ្ឋច្រាំងចំរេះ ជាអ្នកនិយមឃួន។ ក្រោយពីបក្សដក ឃួន ចេញពីក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម រដ្ឋ ឈឺន អសកម្មលើការងារដែលបក្សប្រគល់ឱ្យ។
