Chong You Meng aka Heang, soldier of water transpot unit, confessed that Mean, chief of Khvet Thom sub-district, Prey Chhor district, was a former teacher of Prey Torting school, and former spy of Roat San, former chief of sub-district, who was a hidden traitorous network destroying the revolution. Furthermore, Mean frequently reported Khmer Rouge activities to Roat San. In 1973, Mean was a secretary of Khvet Thom sub-district, after that he was a secretary of Lvea sub-district.
ឈ្មោះ ចុង យូម៉េង ហៅ ហ៊ាង យុទ្ធជនកងដឹកជញ្ជូនជើងទឹកបាន ឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ មាន ប្រធានឃុំខ្វិតធំ ស្រុកព្រៃឈរ ជាគ្រូ បង្រៀននៅសាលាព្រៃទទឹង និងជាសមាសភាពគិញចាស់របស់ ចៅហ្វាយស្រុក រាត់ សាន ជាខ្សែក្បត់បង្កប់បំផ្លាញបដិវត្ដ។ មាន ធ្លាប់បានរាយការណ៍ឱ្យ រាត់ សាន ញឹកញាប់ពីខ្មែរក្រហម។ នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៣ ជាលេខាសង្កាត់ខ្វិតធំ ក្រោយមកជាលេខាសង្កាត់ល្វា។
