Khuon Suy aka Sim, deputy secretary of battalion 124, division 310, confessed that Vong, deputy political battalion, division 310, joined meeting and received plots from Oeun and Voeung to prepare targets in Phnom Penh so as to attack the party.
ឃួន ស៊ុយ ហៅ ស៊ីម អនុលេខាវរសេនាតូច ១២៤ កងពល ៣១០ បានសារភាពថា វង់ អនុនយោបាយវរសេនាតូច កងពល ៣១០ បានចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពីឈ្មោះ អឿន និង វឿង ឱ្យរៀបចំចែកមុខសញ្ញាក្នុងក្រុងភំ្នពេញដើម្បីវាយបក្ស។
