Khuon Suy aka Sim, deputy secretary of battalion 124, division 310, confessed that Chhuon, soldiers of battalion 123, No, Thean and Sot, were received plots from Pheng to collect ammunitions, weapons and medicines for being attacked the revolution. They joined meeting and received plots from Oeun and Voeung, working at division 310, to prepare targets in Phnom Penh so as to attack the party.
ឃួន ស៊ុយ ហៅ ស៊ីម អនុលេខាវរសេនាតូច ១២៤ កងពល ៣១០ បានសារភាពថា ឈួន យោធាវរសេនាតូច ១២៣, ឈ្មោះ ណូ, ធាន និង សុត បានទទួលផែនការពី ផេង ឱ្យប្រមូលគ្រាប់ រំសេវ អាវុធ និងថ្នាំពេទ្យត្រៀមវាយបដិវត្ដ និងបានចូលរួមប្រជុំ ទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពីអឿន និង វឿង កងពល ៣១០ ឱ្យរៀបចំចែក មុខសញ្ញាក្នុងក្រុងភំ្នពេញ ដើម្បីវាយបក្ស។
