Chen Sat, Chief of Husbandary Battalion, State Commerce Unit, confessed that Say, Chief of Group, Kampong Svay district, took part in an activity of destructing of bicycles and bridges. 10 people from Kampong Svay and Stung districts in Region 43 were implicated in enemies' confessions.
