Prime Minister Chatichai Choonhavan's policy adviser, Pansak Vinyaratn, said yesterday any movement regarding the Cambodian conflict is encouraging. Mr Pansak was commenting on press reports saying that Phnom Penh Prime Minister Hun Sen has accepted a power sharing proposal by Prince Norodom Sihanouk for Cambodia's National Council.
