Prince Norodom Sihanouk has said his resistance allies were responsible for barring, Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen from becoming deputy head in the interim authority of the country. In a statement from Beijing issued by his office here Wednesday, the former Cambodian monarch said his resistance coalition partners, the Khmer Rouge and former Premier Son Sann, had rejected Mr. Hun Sen as the number two.
