Chann Sinakk, electrician of Prek village water supplies, confessed that in June 1975, Chhay Nguon, working in Stung Meanchey farm, received plan from him to turn off Tunle Sap water pump sometimes in order to have insufficient water to use, and to destroy other materials such as lime and alum.
ឈ្មោះ ចាន់ ស៊ីណាក់ ជាងភើ្លងរដ្ឋករទឹកភូមិព្រែក បានសារភាពថា ឈ្មោះ ឆាយ ងួន នៅកសិដ្ឋានស្ទឹងមានជ័យ បានទទួលផែនការពីខ្លួន នៅខែ៦-១៩៧៥ ឱ្យបិទម៉ាស៊ីនទឹកទនេ្លសាបម្ដងៗ ដើម្បីឱ្យខ្វះទឹក។ កំទេចសម្ភារៈខ្លះដូចជាកំបោរ និងសាច់ជូរ។
