Khuon Suy aka Sim, deputy secretary of battalion 124, division 310, confessed that Thean, deputy chief of battalion 121, joined meeting and received plans from Pheng to gather ammunitions, weapons and foodstuffs so as to attack the party. Futhermore, Thean received plots from Oeun and Voeung, working at division 310, to prepare targets in Phnom Penh so as to attack the party.
ឃួន ស៊ុយ ហៅ ស៊ីម អនុលេខាវរសេនាតូច ១២៤ កងពល ៣១០ បានសារភាពថា ធាន អនុយោធាវរសេនាតូច ១២១ បានចូលរួម ប្រជុំទទួលផែនការពី ផេង ឱ្យប្រមូលគ្រាប់រំសេវអាវុធ និង ស្បៀង ត្រៀមវាយបក្ស និងទទួលផែនការពីឈ្មោះ អឿន និង វឿង កងពល ៣១០ ឱ្យរៀបចំចែកមុខសញ្ញាក្នុងក្រុងភំ្នពេញ ដើម្បីវាយបក្ស។
