Chann Nuon, Deputy Chief of Wine Factory, conceded that Pha, Deputy Chief of Political Battalion, Division 3, Northern zone, had betrayed to the party and persuaded soldiers to disgust the revolutionary regime. In an offensive against the party on October 20, 1976, Pha had taken the responsibility to examine the geographical place at Stung Meanchey, Olympic stadium, and Thmei Market, and fight to get the radio station for spreading propaganda.
ឈ្មោះ ចាន់ នួន អនុប្រធានរោងចក្រស្រា បានឆ្លើយថាៈ ឈ្មោះ ផា អនុនយោបាយវរសេនាតូច កងពលទី៣ ភាគឧត្ដរ ក្បត់បក្ស ហើយបំផុសយុទ្ធជនឱ្យស្អប់របបបដិវត្ដ។ ក្នុងផែនការវាយបក្សថ្ងៃ ២០-១០-៧៦ ផា មានភារកិច្ចពិនិត្យភូមិសាស្ដ្រស្ទឹងមានជ័យ ស្ដាតអូរឡាំពិច ផ្សារថ្មី និងវាយដណ្ដើមប៉ុស្ដិវិទ្យុឃោសនាការ។
