Chann Nuon aka Sinuon, Chev Chhon aka Mon, Men Sakhan aka Mol, Uk Samoeun aka Phin and Mach, confessed that Voeun, deputy chief of division 310, had been working as a CIA of Khuon since 1973. Voeun conspired with Yy to destroy revolutionary forces in battlefield. After that, Khuon assigned Voeung to serve as a traitorous chief of committee in division 310 and received the plot to fight the party.
ឈ្មោះ ចាន់ នួន ហៅ ស៊ីនួន, ចេវ ឆុន ហៅ ម៉ុន, ម៉េន សាខន ហៅ ម៉ុល, អ៊ុក សាមឿន ហៅ ភីន, និង ម៉ាច បានសារភាពថា ឈ្មោះ វឿង អនុកងពល ៣១០ ជាសេអ៊ីអារបស់ឈ្មោះ ឃួន នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣។ វឿង បានចូលរួមជាមួយឈ្មោះ យី បំផ្លាញ កម្លាំងបដិវត្ដនៅសមរភូមិ។ បន្ទាប់មក ឃួន បានចាត់តាំង វឿង ជាប្រធានគណៈកម្មាធិការក្បត់ក្នុង កងពល ៣១០ និងបានចូលរួម ទទួលផែនការវាយបក្ស។
