On March 12, the Vietnamese sent 300 fresh troops from Vietnam through a secret trait via O Tang to Lomphat. These troops were deployed at (? Phum Yay0 east of (? Ta Lup) in chip commune, Lomphat district ,Ratanakiri Province.
