Before 17 April 1975, Chann Ret, male, 38, was a secretary of ministry of electric network. Currently, he was an electrician of Phsar Tauch Power Plant. He joined CIA and received CIA's plot to provoke turmoil between workers and superior by raising that the workers were ordered to do anything without experiment.
ឈ្មោះ ចាន់ រេត ភេទប្រុស អាយុ ៣៨ឆ្នាំ។ មុន ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ មានដំណែងជាលេខាធិការនៅក្រសួងបន្ដចរន្ដអគ្គីសនី បច្ចុប្បន្ននៅអគិ្គសនីផ្សារតូចធ្វើជាជាងភើ្លង។ ចូលសេអ៊ីអា ហើយបានទទួលភារកិច្ចឱ្យបំផុសឱ្យមានការមិនទុកចិត្ដគ្នារវាងកម្មករ និងអ្នកទទួលខុសត្រូវដោយយកលេះថា កម្មាភិបាគ្មានតំរេះ បចេ្ចកទេស តែធ្វើដូចជាចេះ ហើយបង្គាប់ឱ្យគេធ្វើទាំងទទឹងទទែង។
