Chann Hoeun aka Phy, working at Husbandry Office at Chraing Chamreh, confessed that in 1973, Sao, Chief of Gun-repairing Office of Ministryof Military Logistics at Chamkar Andaung Rubber Plantations, knew Chen Sat. In April 1974, Chen Sat indoctrinated Sao with treason. Sao subverted to destroy weapons and ammunition and slaugtered 4 cows.
ឈ្មោះ ចាន់ ហឿន ហៅ ភី នៅមន្ទីរចិញ្ចឹមសត្វច្រាំងចំរេះ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ សៅ ប្រធានមន្ទីរជួសជុលកាំភ្លើងរបស់ក្រសួង ភស្ដុភាយោធានៅក្នុងព្រៃចំការស៊ូចំការអណ្ដូងថាៈ នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៣ សៅ ស្គាល់ឈ្មោះចិន សាត ហើយនៅខែ៤ ១៩៧៤ ចិន សាត អប់រំសៅ ឱ្យក្បត់បាន។ សៅ បានធ្វើវិចេ្ឆទកម្មកំទេចកាំភ្លើង គ្រាប់រំសេវនិងសម្លាប់គោ៤ក្បាល។
